#VALT2016 Production Team:

Kat Ferneyhough ~ VALT Co-Founder & Creative Director

Kat Ferneyhough has been organizing fashion shows, art exhibitions, and independent concerts since she was 17 years old, and while attending the Ontario College of Art & Design and receiving an honours Bachelor of Design, she became thoroughly entrenched in the fashion design world via participation in several fashion shows and festivals in Toronto, including Toronto Alternative Fashion Week, Toronto's One of a Kind Show, Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition. After spending a year in BC to receive her honours certificate in Fashion Design at Pacific Design Academy, she was struck by the thought Vancouver would be the most ideal Canadian city in which to promote Alternative Fashion - and 8 years later, she got involved with SEAMS (Style, Entertainment, Art & Media Society) to make it happen.

Years of working with brain injury survivors has taught Victor that the right technology can transform a difficult situation into a productive one. He recently completed the Network Administration and Security Program at BCIT, and now works as a cyber security operator at a growing Vancouver SaaS company. An insatiable curiosity, and love for people of all stripes drive Victor to help wherever possible.
